How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 days, Monday through Saturday, for orders placed by 2:00 pm. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 days. See our shipping policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we will send you instructions. See our refund policy.

What if my statue arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Where are your statues made?

Many of our statues are hand-painted in Italy, including our own collection produced with a partner workshop in Lucca. Others are hand-painted in Colombia. Each product page indicates its origin.

Can I see the statues in person?

Yes. Visit our Doral or Kendall showrooms in Miami during business hours.
