Description
Entrust your worries to Saint Joseph while he sleeps. The Sleeping Saint Joseph, San José Dormido, recalls how God spoke to Joseph in his dreams. Pope Francis shared during his visit to Manila that he keeps a statue of the sleeping Saint Joseph on his desk and places his prayer requests under it, asking Joseph to bring them to Jesus. The devotion is also popular among families who ask Saint Joseph's help to sell or buy a home.
Saint Joseph, spouse of the Virgin Mary, foster father of Jesus and Patron of the Universal Church, is also the patron of workers. This statue is made for us by our partner workshop in Lucca, Italy, cast in a traditional mold with resin and white marble powder, finished by a local artist and painted at the shop by artisans who have worked there for many years.
