Al igual que con devoción a la Virgen María, los católicos podemos rezar el Santo Rosario a San José para meditar sobre la vida de Jesús bajo la paternal mirada del Santo Custodio, pedirle su intercesión y encomendarnos a la protección del patrono de la Iglesia universal.
Con esta coronilla le pedimos a San José las cosas que para nosotros son imposibles pero no para él; pedimos con fe y sencillez, pedimos que ponga su corazón en nuestro corazón, para que amemos a Jesús con toda la entrega, con todo el amor y con todo el desinterés.
La Corona consta de 8 misterios con 7 cuentas pequeñas cada uno, al final de cada 7 se reemplaza el Gloria por una jaculatoria.
